Walking Every Day for 30 Days (Weight Loss Time Lapse)

I set myself a challenge to walk 10,000 steps a day from January to February. I really enjoyed this challenge and I feel like it really helped with my weight loss. It also made me a lot more active than I would have been during lock down.

Special thanks to homefitnesscode for providing the treadmill! I really enjoyed using it. Made a nice difference to be walking inside for once!
